Ellipsis Imprints is not a traditional publishing house. We were founded out of a desire to help authors who are interested in self-publishing, but don’t want to deal with the technical side of formatting their work, creating covers, or dealing with ISBNs. What we offer is a way for you to publish your work without this technical hassle!

If you are interested in publishing with us, we can offer:

  • Formatting services taking your already edited-document and turning it into a formatted PDF with high-quality design and typesetting, with or without illustrations.
  • Cover image services, with our cover designers working closely with you to design the cover you want.
  • Internal black and white illustrations (available on a case by case basis.)
  • An ISBN which is associated with a named publishing house, not a generic online printer. We will take care of meeting any relevant legal depository requirements.
  • Generous royalty policies which split royalties between author and publisher at one rate until the publisher’s threshold is met, and then increases in favor of the author thereafter, as outlined in the following table. “A” indicates the author provides and “P” indicates the publisher provides (internal illustrations are optional):

    Royalties will be paid out, by bank transfer (within the UK) or paypal (outside the UK), on a quarterly basis.
